Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By filling out a form on the Metria website, I hereby give my consent to the administrator of the Metria website, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, to the processing, storage, and transfer of my personal data to third parties via the Internet. I confirm that I give this consent of my own free will and in my own interest. The purpose of providing my personal data is to establish communication with the administrator of the website intecweb.ru, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the website and the provision of services. I hereby acknowledge and confirm that I independently and fully bear responsibility for the personal data provided by me, including its completeness, accuracy, clarity, and relevance directly to me. METRIA guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective fulfillment of orders, contracts, and other obligations assumed by METRIA as binding.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to a copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you give consent to the transfer of your personal data. METRIA guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software ensures the protection of personal data under conditions similar to those set forth in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, postal address for order delivery, contact phone number, and payment details.

The consent is valid for an indefinite period. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: Russian Federation marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails deletion of your account from the website (http://yoursite.ru), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of METRIA, which may make it impossible to use METRIA’s online services.

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable, and that the provision of such information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation or the lawful rights and interests of third parties. All information provided has been filled in by me personally in relation to myself.

This consent remains valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
